Through as may avenues as possible we will try to get the Stelmach Regime to reopen and abolish the New Royalty Framework. By educating the Stelmach government on the tens of thousands of Albertans' jobs that have been lost, as well as proving that Alberta has become an unfavorable place for investment, we hope to bring back our jobs and the Alberta Advantage. If the Stelmach Government realizes this and admit a mistake was made we believe this is possible, benefitting all of Alberta from Government to the families who make up our great province.We believe that when the royalty debate started, our own Government as well as the media, tarnished the reputation of the Oil and Gas Industry. As an industry we need to educate Albertans' on the benefits all of the province receives from the energy sector whether it is Government, employment, taxes, or simply sponsoring the many community events which benefit our families daily.Albertans' are losing their jobs daily. After years of paying in to the EI fund with minimum claims from our province, the federal government is making it difficult for many Albertans to receive the insurance benefits they have bought. We will approach the Provincial Government with the numbers and demand they press the federal government to treat our province fair by eliminating the red tape to make claims easier, as well as eliminate the clawback.Click On The Links Below
